To say that being southern is special is an understatement. I have had the pleasure and opportunity to travel to various parts of the United States including some of the largest cities like New York City, Las Vegas and LA and there is NO place like home. South Carolina is a place where simple elegance and natural beauty are appreciated, where people actually care about other people, and where family and God are ALWAYS first. People take pride in what they work for and invest themselves in the community. I can't imagine anything better! Our landscape of plantation homes, sandy beaches and open fields only add to the attraction of our beautiful state and southern hospitality always keeps the tourist coming back for more!
Every traditional southern home has a certain charm or style based on the family within and mine is no exception. Our home is filled with love, comfort and laughter and just a few of my favorite things. Since our home is where we spend a great deal of our lifetime, I feel that it is important to put certain personal touches on it in essence to "leave my mark."
